what upgrade from Poco x3 pro

I bu my dad a new phone each Christmas (every 2 years) and the last phone i got him was a Poco x3 pro

just wondering what would be an upgrade from this for around £200 to £225

does not need to be a poco and happy to spend a bit more but it should be an upgrade ie better screen, speed etc
