What upgrade path do I take?

I'm looking for some general upgrade advice for my rig - spec is in my sig.

The PC is so much better since I added an SSD and the GTX 770 a few months back but I'm looking to inject some more cash into it to make it better still. My budget will be around £300, but I'm not sure what to use it for.

I'm hoping some of you guys will look over my spec and give your honest opinions as to the best components to spend money on.

What upgrades would you consider most important? My problem is I NEED to water cool the GPU, but it's so expensive to do, even if the end result is worth it. I had someone spec me an EK kit and I'm looking at £300, and that's just to put the GPU under water (which is all I want but there's no room for future expansions under water). There are cheaper water options but the difference is negligible really.

My hesitation to go water is also that I kind of think it's pointless when I'm using an oldish CPU; if I do water cool the GPU, then decide to do the CPU, when I eventually upgrade the CPU I'd feel as though I've wasted money on an AMD water block when I could have held back and water cooled the CPU when I go Intel. It just seems foolish only doing the GPU when the CPU can be done for not much more.

I'd really appreciate some opinions here folks.

Thanks for the response Lemin.

I actually realised that for the £300 budget I could get an i5 and motherboard to go with it. It's very tempting and my old CPU and mobo could be put to use elsewhere. A new CPU and mobo is definitely one option.

I'm also aware that I could do with a beefier PSU. I'd be looking at getting something like a Corsair RM 750W because it leaves room for future upgrades, though I wouldn't be able to get the CPU/mobo AND the PSU at the same time.

You're much more in need of a CPU and motherboard upgrade rather than a new psu. You're current psu is great for the time being.

Though I wouldn't go for the g43 id spend an extra tenner and get the gigabyte Z87 SLI motherboard... For obvious reasons.. As the g43 doesn't support sli.

Cheers for the feedback everyone; I honestly couldn't make my mind up.

I'm going to do what needs doing most and go for a new CPU and motherboard combination. I'll probably stretch to an i7 simply because I'm looking to keep the new parts as long as possible, I think the i7 will give me the longevity I'm after.

What's the general consensus here regarding ASRock motherboards? I like the styling of them otherwise I'd stick to ASUS?
