I've shortlisted:
  • CyberPower OLS2000ERT2U (£791.51) + network card (£144.29) = £935.80
  • Eaton 5PX1000IRTNG2BS 5PX Gen2 + network card £1090.98
  • TRIPP LITE SMX1500XLRT2U (£636.80) network card (£376.43) = £1013.23
The CyberPower is a fully online one, while the other 2 are line-interactive. Even though online UPSes are meant to be a lot more expensive, the CyberPower is the cheapest. But I've heard online ones are not as energy efficient as line-interactive?

Eaton's web software doesn't seem free, but Tripp Lite and Cyberpower is.

Ah sorry! It'll be powering some NUCs, a Dell 210, a Unifi switch, and other small things. I've calculated I need around a few 100W.
