What Video Format For Uploding Videos To iCloud From Windows PC?

Trying to figure out what format I need to convert to from .AVI to upload trailcam videos to iCloud.

Apple says MP4, but the Windows iCloud SW isn’t recognising the files I’ve converted to MP4 using Handbrake. JPEGs upload without issue.

H.264 MP4 - I think MP4 is just the wrapper. My videos that are in iCloud seem to be H264 MP4 anyway.

This is what I use for video conversions in Handbrake that I want in iCloud.

Alas, iCloud is still denying files converted with that setting exist.
