What video formats do K800is play?

I've had a quick look at my K800i. The default video's it comes with is a mp4 and some 3gp files.
Not totally sure what they support, i'm sure on the SE site it should say.
You could download a program called "Super" which will convert virtually anything as far as I know. I've tried this with converting episodes recorded on my DVD recorder from mpeg to 3gp. They worked fine.
