Planning on wall mounting, got this monitor yesterday and WOW it trully is a blessing that i didnt get any BLB what so ever and just slight glow in the bottom left corner :D only precivable in pitch dark scenes but i plan to eliminate it as i think its cause im to close to the monitor. the monitors stand is HUGE on my desk..

can someone tell me what the best stand to use is,
must have swivel and tilt and be a ARM version and allow me to have the monitor as close to the wall as possible also. so must be able to fold.
and have good cable management ???? any idea`s ?

Why not just wall mount it with cables through the wall to your PC? Only takes a couple of hours even if you have trouble feeding them.

I brought one off the rain forest for a similar panel (PG348Q), called Mounting Dream TV Wall Bracket Monitor. Put a review on there also with some pics showing the back and closeness to wall and its amazing. solid price, but construction is very good, no hesitation putting my panel on there and has been like that for 6 or so months rock solid.

It has swivel and horizontal tilt, but does not tilt up and down however if you need that specifically. It goes pretty close into the wall and for cable management I just use white trunking on white wall (though going through the wall could be an option)

Ends up looking like so with the trunking:

Nice setup Radox-O!
What PC case is that? Looks all glass and asymmetrical
(Sorry to hijack thread)

Hah, was a picture I had on had a friend requested for ideas in terms of mounting his panel also, never normally that clean :p

Case is the In Win Tou. Yeah its all glass case, with a special tint on it so when the internal lights are off, they all become mirror finish. Does mean its a PITA to keep clean though, but love it still :o

Ok ran into a bit of a problem with this mounting dream arm wall mount.

the wall mounts kneck does not seem to be strong enough to tilt the screen up, it always wants to slouch down
is there a way to fix this ?

EDIT: ok i tightened the screw as tight as i could get and its a lot better but still feel as though its wanting to tilt down lol

guess this monitor is slightly overpowering in weight for this arm lol :D
but still feels secure..

Hmm, could have just got a slightly loose one on the tilt I suppose. Doubt the Monitor weigh's much more then mine (PG348Q) and the same arm has been golden for me in tilt as well as all the other ways.

I suppose if after you tightened it and its staying there (which it now sounds like) then all good I suppose!

there is a little screw on the tilt arm part that you tighten ect, i have nearly broken my fingers trying to tighten it and still the monitor seems heavy on it and slouches lol i need to find something better but this will do for now :) its as tight as i can get it and it feels slouchy lol :D still i managed to get it how i want it for now :)

Could be slightly loose then I imagine which is a shame! I did not even have to tighten that little screw on the rear of the tilt for mine lol came tight out the box nor did my friend who picked up same mount for his X34. Could maby ask them to send across another tilt mechanism and see what they say. Neat thing is that bit comes off separate so is easy enough to replace I suppose, can't hurt to ask I suppose :)

Thats the one i bought ;)
i have a feeling that i need to tighten that screw some more, but i think to do it more i would probably need to remove the vesa mount part from the tv to get to the screw at the back and the screw at the front and tighten both at the same time so that the screw at the front does not move when i screw the back one tighter lol

P.s just so you dont get in trouble i would suggest removing/editing out the forest link lol
