Sound keeps stuttering for some reason on both my laptop and desktop.

I had this problem but fixed it. Can't remember how. Tried running it in a window/fullscreen to see if it makes a difference? It uses 100% cpu which is odd :\

Window mode seems to fix it. Theres no way I can run it on my laptop when it keeps uses 100% cpu though, the battery would drain in like 90mins.
