i thought id post this to see what you think had the first online achievements COD4? TF2? or was there a game years ago not very popular that had them?

Also Similarly Which was the First Offline?

It depends how you define achievements. If you class a log of your wins/losses as an achievement - which it kind of is - then you're looking way back at C&C and pretty much any game with online play.
