Hi, basically im interested to know what was the first commercially available mobile phone(s) that featured one of the following-

Camera
MP3 Player
Video Calling
SMS
Colour screen

For example, the first mobile phone to support the vibrating feature was the Motorola StarTAC.

I believe the first colour screen on a real mobile was the Siemens S25...could be wrong though

If we're talking phones sold in Europe, the first camera phone was the Nokia 7650.

I believe that the first mp3 phone was a Siemens but I don't know the model number.

The first colour screen phone I can remember is the Nokia 9210 Communicator, which went on sale in 2000.

Video calling was probably on whichever phones were available at 3's launch. Probably the Motorola A920 and a couple of LG flips.
