What was the first Tower cooler?

I was just thinking back to a time when CPU heatsinks were small/horizontal bits of metal with top-down 40mm buzzy fans attached, a far cry from todays monolithic monsters!

I'm trying to remember what was the first proper big tower cooler?

my first tower was a transtech or something like that

i got it for my athlon XP

it was so quiet compared to the top down coolers i used before

i think it took a few years 2002-2005 until i noticed the 3rd party market get swept up by tower coolers
