What water cooling on this system?

Hi all.

anyone know what the water cooling system the below uses?

also is the overclock 4.2 or 4.5 as it says both

"Cooled down by the Prolimatech Panther CPU cooler" Is all the description says regarding anything being cooled except for "Full custom watercooling for extreme cooling"

I'd be interested to know which overclock this system has. It seems cheap for what it is!

Had it confirmed its 4.2 and cooled on air.
