You'll need:
CPU block
VGA block
Pump
Reservoir
Radiator 120.3 plus 3 quality/quiet fans
Cable ties
Tubing 7/16" or 3/8"
Hi flow Barbs (at least 8)
Do you have a case good enough and big enough to comfortably accomodate a water cooling set up?
Read a few of the many water cooling guides on the web to get some ideas.
