What way the case is facing

When i get a pc I want to put my pc on the left side of my desk but the picture of the pc has pc facing to the left or in my case the wall and if I were to rotate it the wires would be coming out the front.
If anyone could help me with this that would be great

O11 Evo will look fine inverted and won't make harder to sell in the future as if works both orientations.

There isn't too many inverted cases available. Corsair did offer one that would fit most modern hardware.
