As title really. The girlfriend does a short aerobics/shred style workout at home and mentioned she could get some small weights to help. Would you recommend 0.5kg, 1kg or maybe 2kg?
You can get wrist and ankle weights where you can remove the weights in sections to give different weights. It might be more suitable for an aerobics style workout rather than dumbbell style that might slip out of the hand with vigorous movement.
