Kinda torn between the Canon 10-20mm and the Tokina 11-16mm for my 650d

Cost puts me off the Canon but it is supposed to be pretty good and gives a bit more zoom range than the Tokina. If I buy the latest version of the Tokina then the Canon is a little cheaper though...

Any other lenses to consider? The Sigma 10-20mm seems ok too but doesn't seem to stand out in any reviews.

Don't necessarily need 2.8 but it's always better to have and not need etc. I don't like the fact that I have to buy a lens that'll need to go if I upgrade to a full frame but since that won't happen for a while, it'll have to happen!

The Tokina does have a bit less zoom range but at least you get a lens hood with it as opposed to the Canon where it's sold separately.

What was your reasoning behind getting that lens? Price better or did you see reviews you liked?

So is that the case with all the Tokina/Sigmas super wide zooms? Will they all fit full frame cameras too? Is it just the Canon 10-22 that won't?
