What wifi dongle to get?

Hi.

I hope that someone can recommend a decent, yet inexpensive wifi dongle.

I need it for two PCs in two different rooms to share an internet connection (I don't want messy cables between the rooms) and network.

Do you already have a router in one of the rooms or in a separate room? You need a router for more than one PC to access the internet

May as well the the more expensive, it is wireless -n the other is wireless -g.

Yeah but the Be* router is only a Speedtouch wireless G. It's rubbish though so at least the N dongle would be a little more future proof.

What os is it for?
There have been a few problems with wireless N and the encryption WPA TKIP.

The dongle will be on Win XP and the router will be on a Win XP 64 PC.

What are the PC's used for? Just general web/email then wireless is fine. But for Gaming/large file transfers you really want them to be connected via cat5e cable. And cable is cheaper than two dongles.

Mine, with the router, will be used for downloading, gaming, etc. and the other (using the dongle) will mostly be used for general web surfing, e-mail, listening to music online, and sharing files between the two PCs.

At the moment they are both connected via cable, but are in the same room. We don't want crazy wires everywhere once they are in separate rooms after we have moved.
