What Wii game to buy?

I'm in the same position (same games).

Bought Rayman Raving rabbids today, just to keep me going, but a bit frustrated at the generally rushed feel of any of the launch games bar Zelda.

But now that Warioware's release has been announced for an earlier than expected January the 12th, i'm going to wait for that and am happy again.

I bought monkey ball today, I chose it because I thought it looked the best out of the rest. Pretty disappointing to be honest, I really don't see how they think it's worth full price. The single player game looks short, I have finished 4 worlds in about 2 and a half hours. The mini games are so-so. Some look OK but there is loads of rubbish in there too and you can't skip back to the main screen without completing that round.

A friend of mine bought Red Steel and says it's good, but he wishes that he'd bought Call Of Duty 3 instead.

I was torn between the two and went for CoD, from the reviews it just sounded better, I really enjoyed it after getting the hang of it.

I got Red Steel, and I was very dissapointed at first. It takes awhile for everything to feel natural, but after the first few missions it's okay. The sword fighting is pretty decent and very easy to get the hang of.

I wish I'd bought CoD3 just because the storyline in Red Steel is so boring and I'm not sure it's going to keep me intrested long enough to finish the game.

Dont think im going to buy another game till i see some reviews of WarioWare. I think Wii Play, Wii Sports, Virtual Console and Zelda will keep me going till Metroid and Super Smash Bros Brawl hopefully.

Ive heard mixed reviews of both Red Steel and CoD3 and would rather not take the plunge, rather wait till a mate has it, or till i can have a go of it myself before i buy either.

Y'joking? I think it's an incredible game, keeping me occupied for hours! The minigames are a blast too and if you keep the + button down for a second, it does bring up a menu for you to go back.

Im tempted to buy another Wii game tbh.
One of my mates said he read somewhere that the release version of RedSteel has been tweaked somewhat from the review version. Is that true?

I'm very interested in Battalion Wars 2 when it comes out.

same here, as well as mario strikers, no more heroes, and obvf mario n metroid oh and excite truck and maybe elebits

It took a while to get used to Red Steel but it grew on me. I ended up finishing it in just under 10 hours. Since no one else puts in the time to try to play it multiplayer's out :( Thinking of trading it for Monkey ball..

Ive been a huge fan of Monkey Ball in the past, really disappointed by it on the Wii. Mini games that Ive played so far are awful, and theyve completely ruined Monkey Target. :(

I'm not sure I get the whole Wario thing... need to check out some reviews nearer the time, and maybe rent/borrow a copy when it's out. The concept just kinda goes over my head.
