As above on standard retail heat sink that came with chip.

Dont want to change anything but would like the get a little more out of the CPU. Should I just increase the FSB to get the increase?
 
Most i got wheni had one was 2.7Ghz at stock volts

You need to set HTT link to 3x, turn c&q off, and up the FSB gradually, testing with super PI/3dmark each time to check stability.

Also depending on what ram you have you may need to run it on a divider
