What will this Run: System Given to me by Friend!

Hey Guys,

Hopefully this will be a quick one to answer.

Been given a bare-bones system by a friend with the following items:

CPU: AMD 64X2 3800+ ADA3800DAA5CD
RAM: Corsair XMS4400 550mhz 2GB (4 X 512)
Motherboard: Asus A8N32 - SLI DELUXE
Graphics 01: Nvidia Ge-force NX7900GTO 512 DDR3
Graphics 02: Nvidia Ge-force 7900GT 256 DDR3

A:What will a system of this spec run in today's games (If Any) Will this run games such as Team Fortress 2 / Left 4 Dead and Cod4/5 etc.

B: Can I run both the graphics cards listed above in SLi mode (The motherboard I have is SLi, I have the crossover patch lead thing to connect both cards and they will physically fit on the board)

C: What would be the best wattage of PSU for this system?

I have had to sell my main rig recently to fund a non-PC related project but will this get me back to being able to play the above mentioned games with a bit of TF2/L4D mapping. I know its nothing compared to modern systems but its a gift and as such I would like to be able to use it fully

Thanks Guys, looking at building another gaming rig and there are some decent bundles in MM so may sell these for what I can get then go for another complete setup.
