what windows 7 do i need (32bit/64bit) to go with either of these systems from OcUK?

i'm after buying one of the following from OC and as building one is a none starter i need a guiding hand in my choice.

i'm not much of a PC gamer, mostly retro with Mame and some games for windows stuff that gets played on my laptop. while most PC time is took up with word and art work on my present PC P4 3.20Ghz.

while the PC i use is ok, i've noticed it is getting rather slow at doing stuff or is it just that my laptop does it much quicker?

anyway, i'm looking at the following and would appreciate any pointers as to what one to go for and what windows 7 they need 32bit or 64bit.

Titan Krypt" AMD Athlon II X4 620 2.60GHz Quad Core DDR2 System

or

Titan Pyro" AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 245 2.90GHz DDR2 System

or

Titan Theo" Intel Pentium Dual Core E5300 2.66GHz DDR2 System

Personal choice would be the Quad core system with Windows 7 64bit.

Go 64 bit, there are virtually no problems now, certainly nothing to do with what you are doing, and the quad is a good choice too
