What windows 7

Is there anything that Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate has that would benefit a PC gamer (me) that uses PC for normal home use, gaming,movies, home network etc.
Was about to buy Home Premium so just checking that this is sufficient and I am not loosing any perfomance or anything like that.

Home Prem is fine, unless you want RDC and Domain joining capability, in which case go Pro.

You can bypass RDC by using something like VNC though, and I doubt you'll be joining a domain on your home network. Workgroups are fine on any version.

Home Prem will do the job fine! Make sure it's 64bit if you have the hardware!
