hi building a enclosure/shelf unit for my 3d printers what is strong wood to use?
not true.Well as the vast majority of plywood will be pine/softwood, solid oak will obviously be stronger.
Yes, think that's ideal if you're getting lots of printers. Although for Chris' benefit I've had a printer working flawlessly for many years on an ordinary desk, so don't read into it too much as essential, just a nice choice.... so no need to whip out the osmium slabs just yet....Go all out with a granite top?
Or you could print them out of TPU on the printer.....i got my one on top of a drawer cupboard them mid height ones. although i get the feeling having rubber or silicone feet on the printer would be a good idea so thats next on the list to get.
Dont know if my printer will do tpu, pla is all iv ever used.Or you could print them out of TPU on the printer.....
