What would be a good overclock? A64 3700+

I have a A64 3700+ clawhammer cpu (socket 754) and a DFI Lanparty 250gb moterboard. I know the board is one of the greatest motherboards for overclocking, so can anyone recomend me some oc tips?

Just wondering what settings to put in my bios to get a good overclock of around 2.7/2.8 for the DFI lanparty nf3 250gb.
