what would be better?

i currently have :

which is ok, but was wondering, would i be better go for less ram but higher speed so i might be able to OC my cpu a bit more. looking at this :

i think amd chips benefit more from lower latencies rather than higher clock speed so maybe one of the c7 1600 mhz kits would be better ?
