What would be better ?

If you have room for it, the H100 will provide (slightly) better cooling. Look here for comparative testing results.

HOWEVER - if you have room for all the bits and bobs, a custom loop kit like this, or even better, this would give you significantly better performance.

I've never personally used an Antec 1200, but it does appear that there is room for a 2x120mm radiator at the back easily enough, without modification. Also, by sacrificing a few HDD bays, you could put a 2x120mm radiator at the front.

i would always go for the best custom loop you can get tbh apat from anything its far more fun selecting parts and bulding and modding stuff yourself imo

What Duff-Man said. Sealed units offer decent performance and require virtually no maintenance whilst being cost-effective. However, the performance of them as shown in several reviews don't really exceed some air coolers out there in comparison to a custom loop. If you don't value the potential difference of 10 to 15 degrees, then go for a high end air cooler imo.

ive got a 17 2600k over clocked at 4 ghz so the temp doesn't get that high thats reason why i dident buy the whole kits as i didn't think it would need it

If you're not interesting in especially low temperatures or pushing your overclock, and you just want an easy cooling solution, then a closed-loop cooler will do you just fine (any of them will do to be honest...).

The closed loop coolers are similar in performance to the big air coolers, but are often a lot more convenient to place. They can't compete with even low-end custom loop setups for performance, but I appreciate that not everyone is interested purely in performance. Convenience and ease of installation are often more attractive traits, and the closed loop coolers certainly offer this.

I think i will in the near future to push more ghz out of it as more newer games need more of the power so i think in a couple of months to get one of the kits (:
