What Would Be Faster

Possibly a stupid question for those with more knowledge but, i have the option of using 6Gb at PC2-5300 speeds (667Mhz) or dropping down to 4Gb and running at PC2-6400 (800Mhz) and i'm curious which would be the fastest for gaming performance.

Using Athlon64 X2 6000+ (3.1Ghz) if it matters.

hehe i got a x2 6400+

but i got 4gb at PC2-6400 and i woulden't recommend dropping to PC2-5300

depends what your doing but im guessing you wont utilize 6gb so go for the 4gb option and faster Mhz.

personalyl dont think you will notice an actual difference, especially if your going 32 bit

go 4 - 6 is a bit of a waste really.
