what about a overclocked bundle, then add on a case, graphics card, and a ssd at a later time?

as i could be getting 4.40 GHz with 2 years warrenty with one of them

(i havent got a clue on how to oc)

thanks
ian

To be honest a this time you don't need to overclock it. It will effortlessly fly through any game you throw at it.

Though when you do come to overclock it. Its very easy, it just a matter of increasing the multiplier (or turbo core) and tweeking the voltage to suit.

This way saves you a lot of £'s too...

I just recived my new benq monitor today.

would it make any difference to the package if im running it at 1920x1080 for the games?

any other options anyone recomed at all please?

thanks
ian

is that motherboard good for clocking in the future? and is it poss to fit another graphics card to it at a later point as well?

thanks
ian

yes its fine for overclocking and yes you can crossfire later too as your psu and motherboard can support it

the motherboard has a x16 slot and x4 so it may be wise to upgrade to a proper x8/x8 motherboard

maybe somthing like this would be better if you want to crossfire later

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI Z77A-G45 Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £104.99
Total : £114.89 (includes shipping : £8.25).

that looks good :-)

so would this set up be good? and last me 2-3 years with being able to play games at high settings? (guessing i know)

and would my current power supply be powerfull enough? (Ocz zs 750w PSU)

i would just need to sort out a case, something that will keep it nice and cool, and gauges on would be nice, but not to expensive :-) and a cpu cooler of some sort

MSI Z77A-G45 Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail
Gigabyte ATi Radeon HD 7950 Windforce 3X 3072MB GDDR5

thanks again
