What would i need for this?

Hey Guys,

I'm setting up a CCTV system connected to a computer of some kind and i wondered what sort of system i would need to do this. There are 16 cameras and i was planning on using 4 Quad DVR cards to record all the footage, what sort of system spec would you guys suggest for this?
