mavity keeps everything on the planet - there would be no gas (atmosphere), oceans, or in fact anything.

Considering the speed that the planet is spinning, without mavity, everything would be flung off into space.

mavity also keeps the planet in a semblance of compact structure, so the planet itself would fracture and tear apart.

No life.
