The Asus one is better designed - with its primary M.2 slot above the PCI-E x16 graphics card slot.
That is very important for the M.2 thermals, since the hot air from the graphics card won't go directly onto the M.2 SSD.

What CPU are you going to use? These mid range boards tend to be low end, with RGB and loads of plastic stuck on them with no real improvement in the base electronics. You'd be better off with a high end B450 board like the MSI Gaming Pro Carbon for £119.
