What would you consider the better combo for gaming?

With a £1k budget.

A 34 inch superwide curved monitor with a 970

Or

A 28 or so inch 4K panel with a 980Ti?

If I went superwide, I think I would want a curved screen.

Just to say, movies are of no importance to me as I much prefer my 50 inch samsung TV for that malarkey.

I don't really play FPS. Although I'm looking forward to Star Wars battlefront. I also play world of warships, gta, total war, fsx and city builders. I imagine the superwides are mint for FSX.
