I would take a month off work and travel around a bit. I'd then buy a new car - nothing crazy, spend perhaps 12k or so and save the rest.

-Put it toward the remaining ~£150K of my mortgage
-Pimp my house massively (the decor is just about bareable in the kitchen/bathroom and a bit 'meh' generally)
-Buy a better house, preferably detached and in better order
