What would you do?

Ok so i have a Rover 400, and would like to smarten it up a bit. What would you say would be good calls for smartening it up and makeing it a bit more aesthetically pleasing?

Hmm problem here is i have no idea of the cost of all of this. I have to say i think that car in the pic is absolutely gorgeous though!

Also, what would i need to be thinking about when looking for alloys, what size (17's?) and low profile tyres? Shame my car is dark green, would love it to be black!

What would the cost be to lower the car? what would i have to do etc?

The alloys are going to be a starting point and lowering on the cheap

. Anything else i can do for fairly little which has a good effect? either visually or in performance?
