What would you do?

Hi guys, I was originally going to go for the new Dell 2407 but I’m also tempted by the new Geforce 7950’s.

Do you think I should go for something like the Viewsonic 2025 and pick up one of the new Geforce 7950’s or stick with getting the new Dell 2407?

At present I have two GeForce 7800 GTX 256 MB’s…

So what would you do out of the two?

I thought they were slower somewhat?

I know mine came factory overclocked, and that they weren’t far off the performance level of the standard 7900GT’s

All I know is that I once ran Bf2 at 2048 x 1536 with maxed out everything else and the two cards did struggle somewhat when turning.

My concern is that if I get the new Dell 2407, my cards will have trouble handling it at its optimal settings.

I have considered lowering the resolution if I get the TFT and did think of overclocking the cards until last night when I finally installed a Zalmans on the CPU and the two cards.

The main card, (top) hence the hottest can’t use the Zalman as the soundcard blocks most of the air intake to the Zalman fan, so it was back to the stock cooler for that one….

They already run hot being factory overlocked and all that, so I’ll leave them be…
