Just received my new Hanns G HG281 monitor delivered to my workplace.
The box has been opened and resealed, also the Hanns G Inspected sticker has been cut and a new one stuck over the top.
Not happy.
Been in touch with customer services who then told me to ring tech support
who then said that 'it may had come open and had to be resealed'. But upon further inspection it definately has been opened and resealed.
There is no other evidence of any other consignment note/address sticker apart from OcUK and my own. So it's possible it may have been sent to OcUK in this condition.
I've sent a webnote and waiting for reply.
What concerns me that as it's has been opened and resealed it could indicate either B grade or a return.
Has anyone else experienced this with a new product?
Don't know if I should to ask for a swap for an unopened one, or wether to take it home and check the contents and power up the thing, but then where would that leave me?
