What would you do?

So i just got my Corsair HX-750W PSU from OCUK along with a load of other bits for my new build.

It had no cellophane wrapper, no seal on the box and all parts in the box showed evidence of having been used.

Should I just send it back or should I test it first? I hate to say it but this isn't the first time OCUK have sent out used components to me.

In addition, can others with the 750w confirm that they had a wrapper and seal? all the unboxing videos i've sen do.

Arranged an RMA but what a massive ball ache! they wont collect it because it's not a large item so I need to send it myself and they want to test it when it comes in.

Absolute joke considering how much money I spend here. Now I have to wait even longer to build me new system and it's not my fault at all
