What would you do?

Hi guys.

Im having a bit of a dilemma.
my current rig is:
Msi skt 939
Amd x2 6000+
4gb ram
9800gt

And its rely struggling, cant really play anything newish with graphics turned to medium or low.

So I am thinking that I need a new pc.
Im really looking forward to bf3, skyrim and deus ex.
And I do like to have nice graphics.

My top budget is about 900, but I would really prefer to spend less, obviously.

So ive been thinking:
Z68 mobo
8gb ram
I5 2500k
Gtx570

A decent build comes to abouf 900.

But im thinking would it be possible for me to do a build for a lot less that could play these games on high? Or is this the minimum build I would be looking at?

Would a build like that last with good graphics for at least 2 years maybe?

I'll not give running a spec a go as I'm on my phone, but it's fair to say that the higher the price = the newer gear = the longer it will last you. You could reduce your build cost to play those few games out this year but at the risk of needing to upgrade sooner due to next years games utilising the more powerful gpu's due out later this year and next year. So it's pretty much catch 22
