What would you do?

Alright I have two options here, what would you do?

A. Stick with my i5 750 with crappy H55 mobo + triple monitors.

B. Buy a 2500k with Z77 board.

I mean, I can't OC my 750 on that cruddy board and a decent 1156 board is still pretty damn expensive.

Opinions?

Sell the older stuff now before they lose value anymore and get the 2500K+Z77.

Thanks for the help and suggestions, but I can't do a blue board since will ruin my green scheme I have going on.

you need to remove the link only product links from OCUK allowed and yes i suppose it would work just suggested the gigabyte board as they tend to be good quality

That`s just as bad as the other one you linked. Not much good, if you want to OC.

I ended up buying an i5 3570k and a Gigabyte G1 Sniper M3 Z77 motherboard.

Nice, the board is an interesting choice (the sound chip is decent)

Very good looking board, would look ace in a green theme build. I think akergreenman888 should have used one to be even greener!
