Zen offer two Unlimited broadband packages. 38mbit and then for more money 42mbit.

The checker states I can get 40mbit.

So do I pay less for 38mbit because 2mbit is not worth the extra, or do I go for the full 42mbit (which is also the 80/20 package), bearing in mind if the copper gets any maintenence from BT and the sync speed goes up, so would my connection speed?

How much more?

The checker is usually conservative with its guess, so depending on the price difference it may be worth it if you luck out and get more than it says.
 
I personally would go with the more expensive one but that's just me... I have been talking to the MD of BT about getting FTTC in my area :)
