HI ALL

Im out of touch with hardware nowa days, my baby girl comes first but a very good friend of mine is looking to spend about £600 doesnt want to spend anymore than that so any less is better for him.

he needs everything but a hard drive he has a raptor, and 20" monitor, any help would be greatly appreciated, i dont mind having a bash with overclocking it for him, kind of give me a chance to have a bash with some new gear :D
