What would you pick for a basic 2nd display?

I have debated whether or not to buy a second display. And since I'm having so much damn trouble with my normal one, I think I'll go for it.

Just want peoples suggestions on what you'd go for.

Not really that fussed:
19-34" probably
1080
60hz is fine
price, cheap as possible

What is wrong with your current monitor ?? and what size is it ?? also what GPU are you using ?

Also for me I have always found pairing up monitors that are the same size is always a good start ... its not a must but for me the different sizes always messed with my head a little ...
