What would you rather have?

Yeah. If you had enough to get a decently sized SSD, with the 8GB the thing would absolutely fly even with the lowly 2GHz C2D.

I think I'll go with the Macbook then, it'd proove much more useful at university and i've wanted a macbook for quite a while, >.<.
And end of the day, the upgrades for the pc, I was only really getting them because i wanted a nicer looking rig and a new keyboard >.<

Only thing that bothers me is the fact that he has said that he's had this for 3 years and used it quite frequently, what if it breaks within months of me getting it? i've just wasted money -.-
