and what does the rest of the system look like ? You don't want to buy a 5890 and bottleneck the card by havin in intel Atom maschiene ^^

heres the rest of the system, i wanna use it mainly for gaming, want something thats gonna be up-to-date for a good while budget possibly £100-£150

The OP has an HX620W too.

TBH,I would wait a few weeks until the HD5830 is eventually released.

ATM,the HD5770 1GB and the HD4890 1GB are the best cards to get in the £100 to £150 price range IMHO although I would still test the HD3870X2 in some modern games before upgrading.

I have been out of the game for several years so I#m not sure how a 3500x2 compares to 5770. So either buy one of them or wait for the 5830 as cat said
The 5830 is likely to be between the 5770 and the 5850

so between 120(5770) and 5850(220)
I would assume something along the lines of 160-170

yeah ill prob test it 1st like. the systems not up and running yet just wanted to see what my options would be for the future
im getting the 3870x2 for £50 from my brother whos using the 5770 in his pc atm
