Just built a budget build what would you recommend and why? thanks

No not yet but about to order, for the same cost can you do better? it'll mainly be used for playing games at 1080p.

Is a 8.9ms HDD seek-time noticeable when compared to a 4.2ms? Justifying whether to change hard drive for an extra £15. With the 7850 being the same price as the 560ti it's a no brainer. Should i get a cheaper case and purchase an SSD for the boot drive etc

Not much more £'s and you get an SSD.

Changed the RAM for Low profile and it's cheaper. No performance difference.

The case is well reviewed and highly customization.

The PSU is more than enough for the build.

The SSD will help no end, i know from personal experience.
 
the R4 is worth the extra i say
and hm stick with the sony rom it quieter im pretty sure, or go no dvd drive at all^^
