Im just about to get back into the gym. I use to train with someone so music was not needed but he is injured from rugby so it's just me on my own.

So what is everyone listing too.

I'm only doing weights in the gym and want some good stuff thats gonna help me through it.

Anything to recomend

If you're only doing weights, get some podcasts...running,rowing,cycling etc get some euphoric dance to keep the pace up!

I went for the death metal aproach today. Lame Of God. I was the only person in the gym other than John the PT so we hocked my iphone (ipod) into there system and had it blasting. Was a top session hurting now

I have a mixture of the zhasni vids audio, electronic and drum n bass. YEEEEEE

oh and some hardcore to pump up beforehand. 13:00 - 14:30, bounce around the room a bit then sprint to the gym. thats my pwo supp :D:D

A lot more metal/rock has found it's way in recently. Most of these have been on my playlist for years.

Sometimes I won't train with music at all. Other times I won't train without it (when it's busy as I find it hard to focus sometimes with people chatting ass around you.)

There is a live bootleg of The Prodigy that is absolutely perfect for the gym, mostly because the MC, Maxim, is constantly shouting at you to 'pump it up' and asking 'are you still here?!' :D

I believe it's called 'the ecstacy of violence' or something similar.

Tracklist is:

1 Intro
2 Smack My Bitch Up
3 Voodoo People
4 Breathe
5 Poison
6 Funky ****
7 Their Law (Weather Experience intro)
8 Diesel Power
9 Skylined
10 Firestarter
11 Mindfields
12 Rock And Roll
13 No Good

If you are at all a fan, check it out :D
