Just finished another book and was looking for some recommendations on a new book as not heard of any decent ones lately-

Last few months I've read the following: (to give you an idea of what i like ;) )
The Lucifer Code - Michael Cordy
The Traveller - John Twelve Hawks
The Righteous Men - Sam Bourne

I think the traveller was the best of the last 3 I read but the only trouble is its part of a trilogy and the others are not out yet :(

So whats out and what would you recommend?

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S. Thompson

Empire of the Sun by J. G. Ballard

both of which reading for the last week or so and found them excellent! Good luck and have fun!

edit* If you like sci fi and havent already - any Issac Asimov would be good but meh! upto you.

My own reading has largely been put on hold by uni work recently, but whenever I get the chance I'm currently reading:

Albert Camus – The Rebel
Homer – The Iliad
Terry Pratchett – Reaper Man (second time through Discworld, this time starting with the Death series. Two books in, whee!)

After that, it'll be:

Stephen Ambrose – D-Day
Edward Gibbon – The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire

I read the traveller earlier this year, thought it was good as the story just got bigger and bigger as you read on, but like you say it's part of trilogy which is good that their will be more books...but bad because i want to read them now :-)

to answer your question i am reading deception point by dan brown, read his other books might as read this one :-) so far angels & demons has been the best from him.

At the mo - re-reading the rosy crucifiction (Sexus, Plexus, Nexus - Henry Miller).
