I just want to ask your opinion about my next build, which going to be described below.

I already have from my previous build a Gigabyte Z87X-OC motherboard and an XFX PRO XXX 650W Semi-Modular PSU.

What you going to change, If you have to build this PC?

Hello and welcome to the forums.

Don't think there is much, if any advantage to watercooling the ram. So I would just get 16GB and use the money saved to get a 4770K.
 
I agree with Idle.

I also think the Shinobi XL isn't the best choice.

You have 2 other options in that price range which are better.

The Carbide 540 and the NZXT H440

Or my Favourite the 750D for a little more.

Considering your only cooling 1 GPU (and the CPU) you've picked some very thick (expensive rads). That 360 Rad you've picked will suffice.

Id just get thinner (cheaper) ones persoanlly.
