You think this would be ok for overclocking or any one have any of this? cheers :)

I have the Adata Vitesta DDRII-800 version, picked it up for £40 per 512mb stick. Sticks use Elpida chips, at present I have got mine underclocked for speed but running on tighter timings than spd. My mainboard is an Asrock AM2NF4g-sataII 6100 motherboard and the bios is very immature which makes tweaking hit and miss. Appears good quality ram and has a lifetime guarantee.
I like the ram , how much are the 1 gig sticks?

seems like a good price to me.

When I ran my sticks in single channel mode they went up well above the 400/800mhz, best I got was 486mhz/972mhz ddr2 speeds at only 2v which is the max my board could do and I was running onboard graphics then as well

Give them a go at that price. I don't think you are going to get 2gigs of super overclocking ram for £100. A 2gig set of corsair pc6400C3 ram with micron 9fat bodies is £360 at OCUK  those would clock well with some voltage but the price is just way too high.
You could have a look at some of the cheaper 2gig Gskill ddr2 sets that Ocuk have, read good things about those on some forums.

This my best in single channel mode:
