whats a good idle temp

im running a e6300 overclocked to 3.1 ghz core volt 1.285 on a p5b delux board with a zalman 7700cu fan

my temps are 45 degrees at idle is this about right ?and what temp should i get worried with on full load i use tat to measure

Load temps are what is important.
Let us know what they are, idle temps don't count for anything.

runining eve its at 56 degrees

That sounds fine to me, although I doubt it is at a really high load there.

both cpus on 80 % load with tat 56-58 degrees

Temps are subject to so many variations. My PC is currently on a desk about 3 feet of the ground and the idle temps are 3 degrees c higher than when it sits on the ground.
