Whats a good MMORPG

Guys,

Whats a good MMORPG? I am not interested in Eve or WarCraft, I am looking for a Legend of Mir type game, more mythological than futuristic. Prefereably new but not bothered.

Yep wrong section!

Otherwise the only real MMORPG's for Consoles if you are looking for those are Final Fantasy XI (PC, PS2 and Xbox 360) or the upcoming Final Fantasy XIV (PC and PS3).

FF11, Everquest 1 and 2 and Guild Wars

Depends what you're into.

Funfair MMO or Full loot MMO

Aion is supposed to be pretty good, bit too fantasy for me. I'd give LOTRO a try, it's supposed to have the most lengevity compared to most other MMO's.

If you're after Full loot their is Darkfall, but it's a very harsh game which needs to be given time. I'd only recommend it with a strong community. Or Mortal Online which is released today (Paid beta though).

Everquest 2 has been my favorite mmorpg for a few years try the trial out on there website.

Used to LOVE Star Wars Galaxies until they ruined it

WoW is fun, played on and off for years, get to the max lvl, get the loot I want and then get bored and quit! Run on a cycle of 2 months playing, 1 month weening off it, 6 months off, 1 month wanting to play again, rinse and repeat, currently on stage 4 and trying to resist!

Might looking into EQ2 though, played it at launch, but only for a month or 2
